Terms and Conditions
Our goal is to make the tasks of our corporate catering partners - the executive administrators and hospitality staff - as simple as we can, by removing any stress or worries from menu planning and service delivery.
Remember that we can always deal with your last minute orders or changes. Cancellations with overnight notice and last minute changes are usually not a problem, although a nominal charge will be added for sameday orders placed after 10 a.m. We are pretty flexible and will do our best to accommodate you.
Delivery is free to the downtown core for orders over $75.00. A $15 delivery fee will otherwise apply. We will do our best to deliver to locations outside the city core, or we will pop it in a cab - an appropriate delivery fee will apply in those cases.
We deliver our food in either our custom made disposable trays and reusable plastic bowls, or in wicker baskets with appropriate crockery. If you have a preference, let us know. Lost coffee urns will be charged back to the client. We will pick up all reusable items on your next order or within a couple of days. Call us if you need a pick-up!
We expect payment within 15 days. Most clients save up a couple weeks worth of invoices and pay them in one lot. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, e banking, cheques, and cash.
